1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 1 ee ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the 1 ee online gaming platform at 1ee.im and its associated mobile application.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 1 ee platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and those documents, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use the 1 ee platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 1 ee platform is strictly for adults. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register, deposit, or use any feature of the platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a person who has previously been suspended or banned from the 1 ee platform.
• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of another person or as a commercial operator.

By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If you no longer meet these requirements at any point after registration, you must stop using the platform immediately and notify us.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one account on the 1 ee platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact details change, you should update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1 ee will treat any activity carried out using your login details as having been performed by you personally.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Do not use a device that others have access to for logging in to your 1 ee account without logging out afterwards.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 1 ee support immediately.
• Do not allow another person to place bets or make deposits or withdrawals on your behalf through your account.

1 ee reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, particularly where there are grounds to believe the registration information is false, the player is ineligible, or the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the 1 ee platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is shown on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits are credited to your 1 ee account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within minutes under normal conditions.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you personally.
• Third-party deposits — where someone other than the account holder sends funds to the account — are not permitted and may result in funds being reversed or the account being suspended.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the deposit page and may be subject to change.
• 1 ee does not charge a deposit fee on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

By making a deposit you confirm that the funds belong to you, that the payment method is yours, and that you are not depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. 1 ee reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds if required.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 1 ee account balance at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method on your account.

To process a withdrawal, your account must be verified. This may require you to confirm your identity and payment details. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined until the required information is provided.

• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa typically same day; bank transfer up to 24 hours on business days; card withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page within your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that belong to the registered account holder.
• Funds that have been credited as a bonus may have wagering requirements that must be completed before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details.

1 ee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure and is not intended as an unreasonable delay. We aim to complete all routine withdrawals within the timeframes stated above.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1 ee may offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, or other incentives to players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer when it is made available.

General principles that apply to all bonuses on 1 ee unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are for eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (such as new players only, or minimum deposit required) will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion terms specifically state that stacking is permitted.
• 1 ee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, including if there is evidence of abuse or attempted exploitation of the promotion.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a violation of these Terms and will result in the accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 1 ee platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish games, and sports betting markets — are operated according to their individual game rules provided by the respective game suppliers. The rules of each game are accessible from within the game interface and govern all aspects of play for that title.

All slot games and live casino titles on 1 ee use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action or account status.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are displayed in the game information and represent the long-run theoretical return over a very large number of spins, not a guaranteed return per session.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting events. 1 ee does not influence or predict sporting results. Odds are set by the platform and may change up to the time a bet is accepted.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, the platform will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use external tools to manipulate game outcomes, or use any automated betting software is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

For live casino games, the decisions of the dealer and the outcome recorded by the live stream system are final. For fish games, the results are determined by the game engine at the point of each shot. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 48 hours of the relevant session.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1 ee platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using different personal details.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds that are not your own or that originate from illegal activity.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or game engines.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform as a channel for financial transactions that are not genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1 ee staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.

9 Responsible Gaming

1 ee is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming on the 1 ee platform is intended as entertainment for adults who are managing it within a personal budget they are comfortable with. It is not a reliable way to generate income or recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can add to your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to several weeks — if you feel you need a break.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform if you feel your gaming has become problematic. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be locked for the requested duration.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1 ee platform — including the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to 1 ee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from 1 ee.
• Game content — including individual slot titles, live casino software, and fish game engines — is owned by the respective third-party game providers and is licensed to 1 ee for use on the platform. You acquire no rights to this content by playing.
• The 1 ee name, logo, and associated brand elements may not be used in any form without explicit written authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or rights to any intellectual property on the platform. Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence that exists only for the duration of your account being active and in good standing.

11 Limitation of Liability

1 ee provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay.

• 1 ee is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues on your end, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses.
• 1 ee's maximum liability to you in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time of that incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Gaming involves risk. By placing bets on 1 ee, you accept that you may lose the funds you wager. 1 ee does not guarantee winnings, and outcomes of all games and sports events are uncertain. You are solely responsible for the gaming decisions you make on the platform.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

1 ee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is detected or suspected.
• A player has provided false registration information or failed a verification check.
• The account is believed to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, the balance will be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the activity. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the player's preference.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to withdrawal conditions being met.

13 Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to it. By using the 1 ee platform you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key points relevant to your use of the platform:

• Registration and verification data is collected for the purposes of account management, security, and compliance with our obligations.
• Transaction data is retained for the period required to support account queries and financial record-keeping.
• Your personal data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with payment processors and service providers to the extent necessary for platform operation.
• You have the right to request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account data, subject to our retention obligations.

14 Changes to These Terms

1 ee may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically and to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 1 ee platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
